In 2019, a vision turned into reality when Hikmetcan and Inna Aydogan, a dynamic husband-and-wife duo with over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, founded PROQ Hospitality Sourcing in Dubai, UAE. Having identified gaps in the industry—from production lines to services—they set out to create a procurement firm that would redefine standards.
At PROQ, we aim to be more than just a procurement firm—we strive to lead the way. Our talented team brings diverse, value-added expertise, including CAD, Illustrator, PMP, and CIPS certifications. This allows us to support clients at every stage of their projects, from initial concept to detailed design, while also providing strategic procurement and tailored logistics solutions.
As Hikmetcan aptly puts it: “Creating an interior is like a harmony in a concert—one incorrect note can ruin the symphony.” This philosophy drives our commitment to precision and excellence.

Hikmetcan AYDOGAN
Moving to America at young age, finishing high school abroad and graduating with International Business & Marketing degree in the USA, Hikmetcan was called to family business for Sales & Marketing Manager to establish and develop the second branch of Dress Best Uniforms & Corporate Wear in Dubai, UAE.
Finalizing his responsibilities as Director of Sales, Hikmetcan accomplished successful, trustworthy and reliable foot marks at his family business for about 8 years in Middle East & Africa.
It is important how to represent a brand and profession by delivering trust with ethics.
Inna AYDOGAN
Inna is one of those unusual people who fell in love with procurement at an early age and out of choice!
Her procurement experience in the GCC, with some of the biggest developers in the region where she has successfully delivered more then 9,000 hotel rooms, led her to establishing ProQ Hospitality Sourcing, in order to service a maturing hospitality market.
The aim - to provide a smart solution for the fastest moving and most challenging hospitality environment in the world.
Being an active CIPS member, she successfully completed and awarded “Advance Certificate in procurement and operation” in 2016.
Maria CANTERA
Ms. Macor Cantera is currently our Operations Manager at PROQ, bringing a wealth of experience to our team. She joined the company in 2021 and has been instrumental in helping us streamline our operations.
Macor has acquired knowledge and experience in working on FF&E and OS&E. With her decade of experience in Dubai, she has a proven track record in procurement, general trading, and uniform operations. Her passion for procurement and dedication to delivering operational excellence are evident in her work. In addition to her professional achievements, Macor has a strong commitment to personal growth and is always seeking to acquire more knowledge about operations. She actively contributes to the growth of PROQ by applying her expertise and has a consistent record of achieving successful results.
Oleksandra FESENKO
Oleksandra finished her graduation in Ukraine in 2015, after obtaining the Master Diploma in “International trade and organization”, she started to work for international construction company in Dubai. Having strong management skills, she has successfully managed the projects by monitoring project progress and creating project status reports.
Oleksandra has excellent organizational skills, communication skills, an understanding of different working styles, accuracy and attention to detail and more.
Ghita LAAGUIDI
Ghita is a creative, passionate and dedicated Business Development Manager who joined the Company in 2022, she managed to use her communication skills and her best networking practices to grow her team sales and develop mutually beneficial proposals, in addition of building new partnerships
